Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 officially unveiled!

Today is Nokia's big day, as they are counting on these newly-launched phones on the Finnish company's fate and success.

Two Windows phones, the Lumia 920 and the Lumia 820 was finally revealed today (Sept. 5 in the US). Of the two, 920 is the flagship Lumia phone with astounding appearance and features:
  • 4.5" Puremotion HD+ display, 720p, capacitive
    • automatically adjusts on the ambient light
  • chipset: Snapdragon S4
  • CPU: 1.5 GHz dual-core Krait processor
  • GPU: Adreno 225
  • 32GB internal storage + 7GB Skydrive storage
  • 1GB RAM
  • 8MP Pureview camera w/ LED flash, 1080p video recording
  • Windows Phone 8 OS
  • micro-sim card only
  • 2,000 mAh battery, nonreplaceable
  • colors: white, yellow, black

On the other hand, Lumia 820 looks almost like its big brother but has lesser features:
  • 4.3" AMOLED WVGA capacitive screen
    •  ClearBlack technology
  • chipset: Snapdragon S4
  • CPU: 1.5 GHz dual-core Krait processor
  • GPU: Adreno 225
  • 8GB internal storage + 7GB Skydrive storage
    •  expandable through MicroSD card
  • 1GB RAM

  • 1,650 mAh battery
  • Special features;
    • NFC and LTE connectivity

These two phones are almost in par with other high-end devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S3 and maybe, the Apple iPhone 5 (?), but with such features as Puremotion HD+, 8MP Pureview camera, wireless charging, Nokia Lens, and its ever-exquisite design makes it stand out from the crowd. But, will Nokia be successful on ascending on the throne once again? Can Windows Phone 8 do the magic to get rid of Android and iOS? Will the consumers like and buy it? You decide
