What's interesting with this phone is that both cameras: the front and back, has BSI sensors, and that's good so that all shots, even at low-light, would still look nice. Overall, it's a nice phone from a Starmobile. It's now available for PHP 9,290 on Ultra Blue and Ultra Red colors and comes with a free screen protector and memory card.

Nokia Asha 310 announced: dual-sim and Wi-Fi combined

During the release of the Asha 308 and 309, and the older Asha 305 and 306, lots of people are asking why Nokia can't combine the dual-sim and Wi-Fi functionality in one device. Seems like Nokia did listen after all, through the release of the Nokia Asha 310, the newest member of the family, which has what the people are asking for: a dual-sim phone that has a Wi-Fi capability.

Lazada-exclusive Cherry Mobile Thunder to be available at February 9

Cherry Mobile has just announced that their new Android phone that will be exclusively available at online store Lazada is the Cherry Mobile Thunder. It will be sold starting February 9, Saturday, for PHP 4,999 only!

So what's with the Cherry Mobile Thunder? Here are some specs:

  • 4GB internal storage (expandable with a microSD card up to 32GB)

Cherry Mobile has yet to announce the official specs but a photographed flyer has been circulating that leaked the specs. We'll update you once we get the full specs tomorrow.

Also, according to some info I got, the Cherry Mobile Thunder is supposedly a rebranded Micromaxx A91.

Since it will be available first at Lazada, the only way to buy is to order online, which takes up to 5 business days to deliver. If you can wait, physical stores will soon follow.

Another new phone from the countless affordable options from the aggressive Cherry Mobile, the Cherry Mobile Thunder has the specs and price anyone could not ignore: a large screen, powerful processor, and a nice camera, etc., all for less than 5K! It's absolutely a bang-for-the-buck offer!

Cherry Mobile to unveil new phone exclusively at Lazada

Local mobile company Cherry Mobile has just announced that it's joining with online retailer Lazada to unveil a new phone that is exclusive on the latter company. This means that the new device will be unveiled and first available at Lazada.

At their Facebook page, Cherry Mobile posted the teaser image above. No information yet on what device it's gonna be, but a lot of speculations include the Cherry Mobile Burst, Thunder on the 6-inch screened Titan TV.

Acer Liquid C1: Intel Atom-powered Android phone

Acer, together with Intel has just unveiled a new member of the Liquid series, the Acer Liquid C1. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2420 chipset, the first for the company. The said chipset was just announced last month by Intel at the CES.
Here are the specs of the Acer Liquid C1:
